Wednesday, October 07, 2009 One Day The Water Will Drown Us And Rats Will Overtake Everything  On the way to work today I encountered a fairly crazy flood on Second Ave starting at 57 St and heading south. Not sure exactly what happened but two right-side lanes were shut down and there were a whole lot of confused looking people milling around.
