Wednesday, May 13, 2009 Pains Of Being Pure At Heart At Bowery, May 12  The Pains of Being Pure at Heart played the Bowery Ballroom tonight for the first (and certainly not last) time ever. The show was great and they sold it out easily. It was really crowded and they did a GREAT job and woo woo Alex yay victory. Sadly for me Alex is going back on tour again to Europe starting tomorrow (boo!! sad!! empty apartment again :-/) but I am lucky that he will playing a show in Berlin on June 5 when I'll be back there for work again, so I look forward to seeing him again then. Wally, I miss you already.
